By communicating with the Sender, Recipients U.S. residents will continue to acknowledge these Terms, and acknowledge that standard text messaging rates may apply. All messages are specific to the Recipient and are provided on a confidential basis. Messages may not be reproduced, redistributed or disseminated, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Klap6, except by the intended Recipient. If you are not the intended Recipient, you are not authorized to use the information in any message in any way. Please delete the message and notify the Sender immediately. Reply STOP to cancel.

11. LAW AND JURISDICTION.  This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the federal laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Privacy Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the terms and conditions (T&Cs) set forth herein, including any applicable arbitration or litigation procedures specified in the T&Cs.
